The 2015 Phillips &amp; Jordan Rockin Ribfest will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2015 on at the Upper Missouri Valley Fairgrounds, as part of the Annual Williston Blast! celebration. The Ribfest began in 2009 to enhance the annual BLAST July 4th weekend activities and to give ribbers a chance to show off their mouth-watering cooking skills and sauces. In 2013, ribbers cooked approximately 1,600 pounds of ribs, which were quickly devoured by Blast! patrons.
